RAKI Admin Job Description

RÄKI Volleyball is a top-tier training facility designed to bring out the best in each athlete through sport performance and mentorship.


Our Administrative/Scheduling Team is usually a client’s first point of contact with RÄKI. They bridge the gap between the RÄKI program and clients, while working closely with RÄKI Owner, Ashley Lee-Maldonado. Most information that clients need is available to them online but sometimes navigating through a website can be frustrating (plus parents love to tell us about their kids!). To put it short, we are the support team for our clients (: 




RÄKI is hiring a part-time WFH administrator/scheduler to join our current team!



  • Be personable, friendly, and welcoming to prospective and current clients.

  • Regularly check your apps/texts for inquiries and calls.

  • Handle “online” bookings via text message.

  • Collect credit card information over the phone.

  • Reconnect and follow up with clients on a day-to-day and weekly basis.

  • Encourage clients to book on a recurring schedule.

  • Respond to emails in a timely manner.

  • Responsible for client’s schedule and ensuring they’re up to date

  • Responsible for each and every coach’s schedule (i.e. communicating with coaches for updated availability, adjusting on scheduling software, creating blocks where needed).

  • Regulate the flow of the weekly schedule. Making efficient decisions to avoid gaps.

  • Ensure each coach is prepped for their lessons. Some athletes require more prep than others. Check profiles for notes and relay to the coach in a concise text message.

  • Be the liaison between the clients and RÄKI Owner, Ashley Lee-Maldonado.

  • Instill confidence in clients/parents about the RÄKI Program.



  • 1+ year of administrative experience 

  • Excellent clear and concise communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Ability to think on their feet, come up with solutions/adjustments on the go

  • Ability to multitask as well as prioritize multiple tasks/general time management skills

  • Passionate, organized people who take initiative and get the ball rolling



  • Ability to grow to full-time 

  • Flexible schedule to balance personal life and/or school commitments

  • Mentorship under Ashley Lee-Maldonado, RÄKI Owner

  • Family culture environment (RÄKI open gym, BBQs, beach days, you name it!)
